Yes, every Tuesday, apart from a couple of weeks at Christmas, we are at Little Man Coffee Company, that fine and ethical cafe space in the centre of Cardiff, for drop in, no need to book, life drawing.
We were approached by the organisers of the 2019 Expression conference, to be held in Cardiff, to provide a model for a workshop or two.
Every year, for the last life drawing session of the year, we call in all models and go for a Christmas Party!
It was the last Sunday session of 2019 and Anna took to the stage and wowed all with some fine poses. The artists weren’t too shabby and produced some great work.
Cardiff Life Models are unique. We regularly have more than one model working a session and often deliver performances, some well planned and some made up to a theme on the evening.
Flatholm is an island situated a short distance from Cardiff Bay. It’s clearly visible from Penarth along with it’s sister island Steepholm. Andy booked sole use of the island for an art residential and some get away from it all fun for a weekend at the end of August 2015.
Andy received an email from a photographer looking for a model to make her way to Newport for some light painting and this is the result of that collaboration.
Andy was asked to take part in the Wynne Evans show on BBC Radio Wales as the mystery guest.
